        Aditya Sharma

        Advisory

        Aditya Sharma is a founding member handling Sales and Business Development at Accex. He also invests and mentors various startups in areas focusing on ESG, decarbonization, logistics software and steel casting manufacturing.

        He is currently the co-chair for Gujarat Chamber of Commerce Youth wing and member of the governing council for TiE, Ahmedabad chapter. He is a 40 Under 40 supply chain leader awardee by Celerity and Supply Chain Young Gun of the year 2023 by Chemlog India.

        Prior to this, he was the executive assistant to the CEO of Adani logistics, where he was managing the CEO’s Office. As a part of the core strategy team, he grew the business to 8x in 3 years’ time.

        He has a Masters’ in Electrical Engineering and Patent-based Tech Commercialization from The University of Michigan, USA.

        Haresh Panjabi

        CFO

        Mr. Haresh Panjabi leads the Finance Strategy at Accex as our CFO. He is a seasoned finance professional having more than 30 years of work experience in the Finance domain. His expertise lies in Business Finance, Business Processes Implementation and Systems Integration both in Manufacturing and Service sectors.

        A Chartered Accountant by profession and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Mr. Panjabi comes with the background of diverse business culture exposure having worked for Family-owned business, Multinational Organisations, and now a Start-up.

        Prior to Accex, he was the Finance Head – Contract Logistics in India for CEVA Logistics – a global supply chain solutions provider. Earlier to that he was Country Finance Controller at APL Logistics – a global shipping and logistics company, which was preceded by a long association of 15 years in multiple roles with Karnani Group of companies who were amongst the forerunners of the Hosiery garments manufacturing and exports from India.

        Samarnath Jha

        Managing Director & CEO

        Mr. Samarnath Jha is our visionary leader. His leadership stems from over two decades of diverse experience in Commercial Strategy, Planning and M&A domains. Before founding Accex, Mr. Jha was CEO of Apollo Supply Chain, where he was pivotal in setting up a tech-driven system for customers and partners.

        Prior to Apollo Supply chain, he was CEO of DHL Logistics India and a Board member of Asia Pacific. Mr. Jha led CEVA Logistics as MD and EVP before DHL. Earlier, he also led APL Logistics India as MD and held managerial positions at Maersk Logistics and Tata Iron & Steel Company.

        Mr. Samarnath Jha holds a Master’s Degree, Marketing Management, General from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS).
